Privacy Policy

Last updated June 2026. This policy explains how FinAdministrator (operated by Praveen, Berlin, Germany) handles your data, in line with the GDPR.

The short version

Calculator inputs never leave your device. All salary and tax calculations run locally in your browser against static data files — we do not receive, log or store anything you type into a calculator.

Data we do process

• Newsletter: if you subscribe, your email is stored by our email provider, Brevo, to send you updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Contact form: messages are delivered via Formspree, which processes the name, email and message you submit.
• Relocation report: if you buy a report, payment is processed by Stripe (we never see your card details), and the details you submit are emailed to us to prepare your report and a confirmation is sent via Brevo.
• Analytics & ads: we may use privacy-friendly analytics and advertising, which can set cookies. You control these via the cookie banner.

Cookies

We use minimal first-party cookies to remember your cookie choice and preferences. Any analytics or advertising cookies are only set with your consent.

Third parties

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Brevo (email), Stripe (payments) and Formspree (contact). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
